HAPPINESS IN THIS RECESSION

In this Recession period, a lot of deaths have been recorded; death caused by sadness, poverty and suicide thoughts. The question that comes to mind is how NOK VIEW can help in its own little way to deal with these causes.

A method which NOKVIEW would use is the promotion of happiness.

Happiness means different things to different people. These are the interpretations of what happiness means to different people.

Happiness is peace of mind in the turbulence of life, It is all about love and laughter. In this recession period it is getting harder to achieve this, but one must try to do something that makes one happy.

Happiness is what you choose, when everything around you is chaos, you can respond in sadness or in joy. Happiness is you and it is your choice.

Happiness is when you find joy in hopelessness, leading to a smile and glow that emits an internal joy with transcends to an outward joyful smile that glows on your face. In this recession, it is your  choice to be happy, Because if you are not happy, you will end up been said which only adds more to the nostalgic feeling and problems attached to recession.

There would always be problems. Now once you take into consideration that It is not always about the problems, but about hope that you will overcome the problem. In other words, Happiness is about hope. Be hopeful that this recession would soon fade away.

In this recession, everybody have  challenges, fight  different  battles ranging from financial to Maritial issues, some people problems includes, health crises, No Job, No food to eat, depression to mention a few.

Happiness is not a total way out in this recession period, but it truly makes you not want to give up. It promotes the idea of

Don’t give up, don’t let your problems way you down, It is well, I will Survive etc.

In Summary

Happiness is what you choose, when everything around you is chaos. You can respond with hope and glow or react with joy. You can ache and feel pain, but happiness is your choice and is incomplete without you.

Happiness is you turning everything around you (challenges, Health crises, Money, Anger, Hatred) not allowing it weigh you down. Thus why don’t you turn your conditions around for the betterment of both your life, Family and become joyful, full of hope and be grateful for life.
